Today marks a special milestone in my journey as a miniature painter. On August 8th, 2020, during the height of the pandemic, I picked up a paintbrush and started a new hobby that would become a passion. As I reflect on these past four years, I’m reminded of how far I’ve come, from those early, shaky strokes to the detailed, intricate work I now create. It’s been an incredible journey of growth, learning, and creativity, and I’m excited to share it with you.

The Humble Beginnings

Like many others, the pandemic forced me to find new ways to stay occupied and engaged while the world was on pause. I decided to try my hand at painting miniatures, something I’d admired from afar but never thought I’d be any good at. My first miniatures were far from perfect—thick layers of paint, clumsy details, and more than a few mistakes.
